Say goodbye to the former North Quarter Tavern and hello to City Pub.
Craig Ustler, the well known developer, who is heavily involved in the Downtown Orlando Creative Village, amongst many other things, decided in late 2017 that it was time to relinquish North Quarter Tavern.
He decided to start an operating partnership with Church Street Entertainment, a name that should be synonymous with most Orlando locals, as they already own such popular downtown spots like Ember, Latitudes, Cahoots, Chillers, Irish Shannon’s, 180 Skytop Lounge and Crafted.
For over 27 years, Church Street Entertainment and its principals have locally owned and operated bars and restaurants in downtown Orlando, and they have now brought their passion and expertise to the North Quarter District.
From owners to bartenders, old timers to newcomers, the City PUB team takes pride in living and working in the neighborhood and helping the local community thrive.
Located in the heart of the North Quarter District in Downtown Orlando, the interior of City Pub features high top and dining room seating with multiple TV's so you never miss your favorite game with artwork that displays the history of Orlando dotted along the walls.
The menu features classic and remastered pub favorites that is handcrafted and chef driven. Executive Chef, Adam Dierks takes the lead in the kitchen and offers a distinctive menu that includes bar snacks, appetizers, savory salads, shareable dishes, classic pub favorites and heartier entrees.
Next door to City Pub is the sister space… Bitters and Bottles. This is a sophisticated yet comfortable night spot in Downtown Orlando, that is the only spot in the North Quarter District serving craft cocktails and a curated wine list alongside the chef driven bar snacks.

City Pub also offers one hell of a Sunday brunch deal. For $29.99 you get unlimited mimosas, interactive action stations that make red velvet waffles, carving stations with smoked salmon and other meats, a variety of fruits and vegetables, custom made eggs and pasta dishes from the kitchen.
We really liked City Pub and Bottles and Bitters, and think it is not only a great replacement for North Quarter Tavern, but a great addition to North Downtown Orlando.
City Pub is open from 11:30 am to 2:00 am Monday to Saturday and Sunday from 10:00 am to 12:30 am.
Bitters and Bottles is open from 4:00 pm to 2:00 am Monday to Saturday, and they close at 12:30 am on Sunday.
