On Monday, March 1, First Watch will unveil its new flagship Winter Park location, featuring their amazing menu and new cocktails.
You all know how much I love First Watch. I can’t get enough avocado toast and million-dollar bacon.
After much anticipation, the Winter Park branch of First Watch will finally open its doors on Monday morning, March 1st. Customers can expect a refreshed appearance and ambiance for the beloved breakfast chain.
The restaurant, known as the “prototype,” showcases new elements such as a 360-degree bar that connects both indoor and outdoor spaces, a generous lounge patio, and a distinct entrance area for take-out and delivery services. Additionally, there is a dedicated cook line solely for fulfilling take-out and delivery orders.
The recently launched cocktail menu by First Watch will take center stage, showcasing a variety of drinks such as those made with fruit juices, mimosas, and the signature Million Dollar Bloody Mary.
In February, First Watch decided to shut down their Maitland store, which had been operating for over 25 years, in order to make room for a new restaurant in Winter Park. The decision was announced through a post on the Orlando Weekly website, which also revealed that the new location would have a revamped design.
The latest addition to the company’s chain of restaurants is situated at 120 N. Orlando Ave.. It is conveniently located right across from Trader Joe’s.
The First Watch in Winter Park is organizing a soft opening event on February 27-28 to support a charitable cause. The Pre-Opening Friends & Family fundraiser, which is already sold-out, will raise funds for the Second Harvest Food Bank of Central Florida.
