For only $35, Chef Venoy Rogers has prepared a well-balanced menu of classic American dishes with a twist, and the addition of Gluten-free, Vegan and Vegetarian options for Magical Dining Month.

Appetizer choices are Tempura Avocado with a tomato-chipotle jam, cilantro-lime and crème fraiche, the AK Wedge with baby iceberg lettuce, charred scallion blue cheese dressing, house bacon, heirloom tomato, red onion(this is a gluten free dish), Tuscan Kale Flatbread with smoked exotic mushroom, pickled onion asiago and garlic-thyme infused honey.


Main Course selections include Beet Root Ravioli with house-made beet and ricotta raviolis, local goat cheese, toasted pine nut, beet soil and citrus.

A Dry Aged Certified Angus Beef, Petite NY Strip with three potato gratin and steakhouse mushrooms.

Truffle Chicken Alfredo with house made mushroom-truffle fettuccine, black truffle Alfredo sauce.

 A vegan option of Cauliflower Curry with whole roasted cauliflower, braised greens, toasted cashews, and house made cilantro.

If you wish to forgo dessert here, you can get an appetizer and may choose another dinner entree of American Barbacoa Style Certified Angus Beef Shank Tacos served with warm local tortillas, radish, salsa verde, house pickled onions, cotija cheese and cilantro. You can add enhancements of Summer Black Truffles for $6.




The Dessert offerings are an Apple Pie in a Jar with sea salt caramel, tart Granny Smith apples, and cinnamon crumb, or the A.K. S'Mores with dark chocolate cremeux.


Overall, some really good options from Chef Venoy and his staff at American Kitchen, and well worth the $35.00 deal for Magical Dining.

Guests visiting AK can access the self-parking lot for free.
